Fraud Prevention & Scholarship Integrity Policy
The Beatitude Scholarship Fund (TBSF) is committed to integrity, transparency, accountability, fairness, and responsible stewardship in all scholarship programs and organizational activities.
1. No Solicitation of Funds or Sensitive Information
TBSF does not solicit money, donations, gifts, financial assistance, banking information, passwords, account credentials, or other sensitive financial information from applicants, scholars, parents, guardians, schools, or members of the public.
2. No Application or Program Fees
TBSF does not charge application fees, registration fees, processing fees, interview fees, facilitation fees, placement fees, renewal fees, or any other fee as a condition of applying for, receiving, maintaining, or renewing a scholarship.
3. Unauthorized Requests on Behalf of TBSF
No individual, employee, volunteer, contractor, representative, mentor, partner, or third party is authorized to request money, gifts, financial contributions, or other benefits on behalf of TBSF.
4. No Pay-to-Play or Improper Benefits
No person may pay money, provide gifts, or offer any benefit in exchange for scholarship consideration, selection, admission, placement, preference, renewal, or continued participation in any TBSF program.
5. Merit-Based Scholarship Decisions
Scholarship decisions are based on published eligibility requirements, program requirements, demonstrated commitment to personal and academic growth, participation requirements, and other officially communicated program standards.
6. Verify Before You Share Information
Individuals should never provide money, banking information, passwords, account credentials, or personal financial information to anyone claiming to represent TBSF without independent verification through official TBSF communication channels.
7. Voluntary Giving
Should TBSF provide opportunities for voluntary giving in the future, such opportunities will be communicated openly through official TBSF channels and will remain entirely voluntary and free from pressure, coercion, manipulation, or expectation of preferential treatment.
8. Unauthorized Representation
Any person falsely representing TBSF or using the organization's name, logo, scholarship programs, publications, or likeness for personal gain is acting without authorization.
9. Report Suspicious Communications
If you receive a suspicious communication claiming to be from TBSF, please contact the organization through the official contact information published on this website before taking any action.
